- Golden Hour Glass Co. is not responsible for misuse of hanging stained glass objects. Pieces should be hung from a sturdy nail or hook and out of reach of children and pets. It is not recommended to hang in open spaces above people's heads, but rather in a window or on a wall.
- Processing time: I do my best to get your orders shipped out in a timely manner. Most orders can expect to ship between 3-7 days after order date.
- If more than one item is purchased and shipping to the same address, I will package together and refund extra shipping paid.
- Shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19. Delays are completely out of my control and should be handled directly with USPS.
